In this class we will be cultivating the soil of ones soul through learning heart opening techniques to communicate with self and nature. through the voices of the plant medicine teachers and the uplifting vibration of crystal bowls.
This cultivation of self will be done through Kava ceremony, guided meditation with the trees and we will finish with discussion and integration of the message we recieved from our plant medicine teachers.
