Introduction Workshop ONLY With Rosalie Allan

QiGong utilizes stretch, flowing movements, deep breathing and mindfulness. Easy to learn and follow, these gentle movements stretch and strengthen muscles, improve balance and flexibility and reduce inflammation in joints.
Anyone, at any age, can use QiGong movements to achieve a deeper sense of calm and relieve tension and stress.
Want to transform stress into vitality? Give QiGong a try – you will be glad you did!
An ancient practice for today’s ever-changing world.
Please reserve ahead of time as space is limited!
Please meet Rosalie Allan!
Rosalie’s interest in health and alternative wellness practices began as a teenager, with the exploration of vegetarianism and macrobiotics. She was later introduced to Yoga and Meditation while living with a Yoga community in the Pocono Mountains. She continued teaching these practices after leaving the Ashram, as she journeyed across the country, deepening her knowledge of holistic approaches to health. Upon returning to Pennsylvania, she continued to teach and learn a variety of healing modalities.
Several years ago, Rosalie was introduced to Tai Chi and QiGong. With intense study and dedication, she became a teacher through the Holden QiGong Teacher Certification program. Rosalie loves sharing QiGong and seeing the immediate impact this practice brings to create balance in mind, body, and spirit.
