Join us (Chris & Meg) at Crystal Garden in Mount Pocono, PA, for a relaxing meditative experience while we send Reiki healing energy to each of your chakras, open up any blocked chakras, and ensure your energy system is working in harmony with your physical body.
Meg will begin with a brief group meditation to put you in a state of consciousness open to healing. While you meditate, Chris will work on each of you individually, assess the energy in each of your chakras, and send Reiki to any blocked chakras, and ensure all of your chakras are running optimally. Meanwhile, Meg will send continuous Reiki to the group, then end the session with deep breathing and light stretching so you leave feeling energized and wonderful!
