As women, we give so much of ourselves to everyone around us, that we begin to overlook our own needs and start to feel depleted. This Self Love Workshop will fill you up again and teach you how, and why, it’s important for you to continue to prioritize yourself from this day forward!
In this 2 hr workshop, you’ll be guided by Eileen Healey through a 2 hour self love experience. Eileen is a Personal Growth Coach, Human Design Specialist, Art Educator and Author. She loves to make her workshops fully immersive by stimulating all of your senses with self reflection, meaningful discussion, spiritual practices and active art expression.
When you join us for this Self Love Workshop, you’ll acquire a fresh new perspective, a deeper self awareness and lots of self love tools that you can continue to use daily. Your experience will include self reflection, discussion, meditation in the salt cave, and a “Make and Take” art activity where you’ll create your own affirmation bracelet.
